In short

This website presents NoBS Labs products and campaigns. It is not an online shop. When you click "Reserve", we save your email (with your consent) and send you to our store, where any purchase or payment happens under the store's own terms. Products shown may still be in development.

1. Who we are and what this website is

NobsLabs.Store ("we", "us") brings together products across different categories, guided by thoughtful design, quality and innovation with a practical purpose. By browsing our campaigns, visiting the store or following our product updates, you agree to these terms governing the use of the website.

We are the controller of your personal data. We promise to keep your data safe, not to sell your data, to make it easy for you to manage and review your marketing choices at any time, and to delete your data if it is no longer required. If you do not accept this policy and these terms, you must not use our website.

If you have previously shared your data with us and agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time and ask us to delete your data by emailing privacy@nobslabs.store, or by writing to us at our parent company address: Le Bon Bamboo Limited, 65 London Wall, London EC2M 5TU.

This website is a showcase for our products and campaigns, and a way to register interest. We do not sell products or take payments on this website.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using it. You must be at least 16, or old enough as required by your country, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and be able to enter into a contract where you live.

4. Product information

Some products shown are concepts or prototypes. Their features, design, price, release date and availability may change, be delayed or be cancelled, or be managed under Kickstarter's policies. Pictures are illustrations, and screens show colours differently. We try to keep information accurate, but it is provided for general information. We may correct errors at any time.

5. Prices, currency, taxes and shipping

Prices may be shown in a currency that is not your own, and conversion rates or bank fees are set by your payment provider. For international orders, VAT, sales tax, import duties and customs fees may apply on delivery. You are responsible for any import charges unless the store states otherwise. We may refuse to ship to places where we cannot lawfully deliver.

6. Kickstarter and third parties

We link to Kickstarter, Big Cartel, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other sites we do not control. Their content, terms and privacy practices are their responsibility. A Kickstarter pledge is made under Kickstarter's terms, with the risks they describe, and is not a purchase from this website. We are not responsible for losses arising from your dealings with a third party. Please read their terms before you use them.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logos, product designs and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors, suppliers and are protected by law. You may view the website, and share its address, for personal non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, modify, scrape or reuse our content without our written permission.

If you send us ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without payment, but we do not take ownership of your personal data.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may block access, remove submissions or take legal action if these rules are broken.

9. Sanctions and export laws

You confirm you are not on a UK, EU, US or UN sanctions list and that you will not use the website in breach of those laws. We may decline to deal with you where the law requires.

10. Availability and liability

We try to keep the website running, but we do not promise it will always be available, secure or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. It also does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Your data

How we collect and use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes and ending access

We may change the website or these terms, for example when our offer or the law changes. The version on this page, with its date, is the one in force. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You can stop using the website at any time.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live. You may also bring a claim in the courts there, including the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. Please contact us first so that we can try to solve any problem informally.

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about this website. If translated, the English version prevails. If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term, that does not waive it.

14. Complaints and contact

Write to contact@nobslabs.store with your name, a description of the problem and what you would like us to do. We will reply promptly. If we cannot resolve it, we will try to tell you whether we use an approved alternative dispute resolution provider.
